If the color-coded progress bar is missing from the top of your AI workspace tab, refresh the page. If it still does not appear, open the extension popup in your toolbar and verify that tracking is active for the current workspace URL.

Rate limits reset dynamically based on provider load. If the extension countdown doesn't align with your actual limit reset, open the extension popup and click the Reset Timer button. This clears the local estimation loop and synchronizes the countdown with your active session.

If the prompt count does not increase after you submit a query, click the Resync button inside the extension menu. This refreshes the local history check on the active tab and recalculates your message stats.

Verify that you are signed into the browser profile where you installed the extension. If you recently purchased Pro, open the settings menu and click Verify License Key to ensure your license status check completes.

Meter AI stores preferences locally in your browser's isolated profile settings. If you cleared your browser cookies and site data, or if you are using an incognito tab, your local settings and usage charts will reset to defaults.

If clicking the extension icon in your browser toolbar displays an empty box or remains unresponsive, reload the tab. If the issue persists, restarting your browser will refresh the extension's local bindings.
